Return Policy

   Because according to Chinese law. Scope is a legal export product, but importing it will cause trouble (because you can't own any kind of guns and ammunition in China. If you import scope, it will cause strict safety inspection). So RSM scope does not accept returns.


Quality Service

    RSM will provide customers with perfect service and shopping experience.

1.  All RSM products are guaranteed for life (excluding lens cover)
2. Provide parts replacement or whole replacement service
3. including used RSM products (purchased from other customers, not directly from RSM)

Follow these steps:

• 1 Please submit tickect on RSM website. It is suggested to submit detailed photos of the problem, so that we can understand the problem better.
• 2 We will provide solutions in the customer service system.
