How to deal with quality problems of RSM products
Dear customers
RSM will provide customers with perfect service and shopping experience.
1. All RSM products are guaranteed for life (excluding lens cover)
2. Provide parts replacement or whole replacement service
3 including used RSM products (purchased from other customers, not directly from RSM)
Follow these steps:
1 Please submit tickect on RSM website. It is suggested to submit detailed photos of the problem, so that we can understand the problem better.
2 We will provide solutions in the customer service system.
